Yes, we provide all the necessary swimming equipment to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable lesson right at your home. The only thing you need is yourself, swimwear, towel and goggles!

We provide swimming lessons across a number of Dubai communities, including Tilal Al Ghaf, Arabian Ranches, Jumeirah Golf Estates, Motor City, Victory Heights, JVC, JVT, The Meadows and Al Manara.

Safety is our top priority. All of our instructors are Swim England certified, first aid and CPR trained, hold an STA Pool Safety Award for Teachers, and are certified to provide first aid in the UAE.

As a small team, we also undertake monthly internal refresher training to keep our knowledge and skills up to date and ensure we are always prepared to respond confidently to different situations.

Casa Swimming Terms & Conditions

Casa Personal Sport Coaching Services, trading as Casa Swimming

This policy outlines the responsibilities of Casa Swimming, parents/guardians, and students. By enrolling in our programme, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Casa Swimming Agrees To:

Qualified Coaches

Provide qualified and experienced coaches who are committed to delivering safe, supportive, and effective swimming instruction for students of all levels.

Water Safety

Teach and reinforce essential water-safety practices and ensure that students are given appropriate safety instructions during their lessons.

Client Agrees To:

Payment

Pay the full amount for the booked term upfront, prior to the first scheduled lesson. Payment confirms the student's place in the coaching schedule for the duration of the term.

Health & Safety

Parents/guardians must notify Casa Swimming in writing of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, learning needs, or other circumstances that may affect the student's safety or participation.

Students must not attend lessons if they are unwell, contagious, or have an injury that may make swimming unsafe.

The pool and surrounding area must be clean, well-maintained, and safe for lessons. Casa Swimming reserves the right to postpone or cancel a lesson if conditions are considered unsafe.

General Policies:

Make-Up Classes

Students are entitled to a maximum of 25% of the total number of classes booked as make-up classes.

Make-up classes are subject to coach availability and must be scheduled within the same term wherever reasonably possible. Unused make-up classes cannot be exchanged for cash or automatically carried forward to a future term.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel a class without penalty.

For cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, Casa Swimming will do its best to accommodate a rescheduling request, subject to coach availability. If rescheduling is not possible, the lesson may be forfeited.

Medical-Related Cancellations

If a student is unable to attend lessons due to a medical condition or injury, affected sessions may be considered for freezing or rescheduling upon submission of a doctor's note where required.

Lessons will resume once the student is medically fit to participate.

Unforeseen Circumstances

Casa Swimming may postpone or cancel lessons due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, pool or venue closure, emergencies, or other conditions that make it unsafe or impractical to conduct the lesson.

Where possible, Casa Swimming will arrange a suitable make-up or alternative lesson.

Parent & Guardian Responsibility

Casa Swimming's priority is to provide safe, high-quality swimming lessons. However, overall responsibility for the student's safety and wellbeing remains with the parent/guardian outside the allocated lesson time.

Supervision

A parent/guardian or appointed responsible adult must remain present at the venue for the duration of the lesson unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Coaches are responsible for students only during the allocated lesson time. Supervision before and after the lesson is the responsibility of the parent/guardian.

Punctuality & Preparedness

Students must arrive on time, suitably dressed, and equipped for their lesson.

Coaches are not obliged to extend lessons due to late arrival.

Behaviour & Conduct

Students are expected to behave appropriately and follow the reasonable instructions of their coach and the venue.

Coaches reserve the right to stop or remove a student from a lesson if their behaviour poses a risk to themselves, others, or the safe delivery of the lesson.

Photography & Video

Photos and videos may be taken during lessons for coaching, training, or promotional purposes, in accordance with applicable safeguarding and privacy requirements.

Students will not ordinarily be identified by their full name in promotional material.

Parents/guardians may opt out of promotional photography or video by notifying Casa Swimming in writing.

Liability

Swimming is a physical activity and carries inherent risks. By enrolling, parents/guardians acknowledge these risks and agree that students participate at their own risk.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Casa Swimming, its coaches, and staff will not be liable for accidents, injuries, loss, or damage arising from participation in swimming lessons, except where liability cannot legally be excluded or where caused by negligence or other legally actionable conduct.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
